How long does it take to process an order?
Please allow 1-2 days for your order to processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as a quickly as possible.

What about shipping?
We ship your product by JOYTOWNE LLC domestically only in all 50 states of the United States. Shipping times depend on your location. For instance, if you live on the eastern seaboard of the US, you will get it faster than someone living in Pacific Northwest.
The USPS site lists (but does not guarantee) 2-8 business days for domestic delivery ONLY.
Moreover, because we are a small shop, we do NOT offer international shipping.
Can a small business have a no-refund policy?
As a small business, JOYTOWNE LLC, we choose to have a no-refunds policy, except in the case of faulty products sent to the consumer. In those instances, we offer a store credit in lieu of a refund.
Does your company have a no warranties policy?
Yes, our company makes no warranties regarding the performance or operation of this website.
Do private sellers have to accept returns?
Private sellers do not have to accept returns unless the product is faulty or otherwise defective. The specific protections around faulty products may vary depending on states. JOYTOWNE LLC would be considered a private seller.
What if my product is faulty? Can I get a refund?
The good news is that if the product is faulty meaning it is damaged, then we will refund you, provided you follow the instructions found at Refund Policy. You will be asked to upload a photo to us showing how the item has been damaged or defective. You will also be asked to provide a receipt or email confirmation on which item you are seeking a store credit.
If your product arrived damaged, you have three (3) business days after delivery to request a store credit in lieu of a refund. NO EXCEPTIONS.
How long does a business have to send a customer a refund?
There is no legal requirement regarding the time frame to process a refund, but the faster it can happen, the more satisfied all involved will be. Only in the case of a faulty product, we aim to process a store credit within seven (7) business days at the most.
How does our company JOYTOWNE LLC issue refunds online?
Issuing refunds to customers via Shopify.com, allows JOYTOWNE LLC to find our customer’s order on the Shopify Dashboard and send a refund through the original payment method used to make the purchase.
